I. Core Product Portfolio
Ultra-High-Purity Elemental Boron Series
This series includes 6N (99.9999%) β-type crystalline boron and 3N (99.9%) amorphous boron powder. 6N crystalline boron is engineered for solid-state doping in silicon and silicon carbide single crystal growth, with metallic impurities controlled at ppb levels. It serves as a critical P-type dopant for advanced logic chips and automotive-grade SiC power devices. 3N amorphous boron powder features excellent reactivity and adjustable particle sizes. As a precursor for boride synthesis, it is widely adopted in nuclear industry, new energy, fine chemical engineering and other fields.

Boron Isotope Series
Our isotope products cover natural-abundance elemental ¹⁰B & ¹¹B, highly enriched elemental ¹¹B, boric acid-10, highly enriched boric acid-11 and highly enriched boron trifluoride-11. Powered by proprietary chemical exchange distillation technology, we can tailor isotopic abundance to client specifications, with consistent chemical purity above 99.95 wt% and impurity control down to ppm levels. ¹⁰B products act as key precursors for BNCT boron drugs and chemical compensators in nuclear power plants. ¹¹B products are dedicated P-type ion implantation source gases for advanced-node semiconductors, effectively reducing neutron soft error rates of chips.
Supporting Boride Product Line
*Hexagonal Boron Nitride (h-BN): High-temperature grade, high-purity electronic grade and nano-grade for thermal interface materials in AI chips and insulation layers of high-frequency substrates;
*Cubic Boron Nitride (c-BN): For ultra-precision polishing of SiC wafers;
*Boron Carbide (B₄C): Lightweight neutron-absorbing ceramic raw material;
*Rare Earth Hexaborides (LaB₆, CeB₆): Cathode materials for electron guns in electron microscopes;
*Transition Metal Borides (MgB₂, ZrB₂, HfB₂): Applied in superconducting magnets and ultra-high-temperature thermal protection systems.
II. R&D & Technical Strength
We carry out joint research and development with domestic universities and research institutes, and implement all advanced manufacturing processes at our designated domestic production base. All production equipment is domestically manufactured, with fully independent and controllable production technologies. We operate a 300 m² professional analytical laboratory equipped with a full suite of precision testing instruments including ICP-MS, atomic absorption spectrometers, ion chromatographs, gas chromatographs and elemental analyzers for C/S/O/N/H, enabling full-process traceability of product quality.
The company has filed over 15 patents. We maintain in-depth industry-university-research cooperation with top universities in Hong Kong and research institutes in Beijing to accelerate the industrialization of boron-based new materials in cutting-edge fields including quantum technology, controlled nuclear fusion and high-temperature superconductivity.
